This sounds like a well thought out idea and as it's evergreen, it will stay relevant forever. It might be best to start with books that are coming out soon (ACOTAR is due another two books this year).

Strong idea tbh. I think the main challenge is making it understandable in only 60s, so maybe split it into clear sections like trials, dragons, romance, and big twist.

This probably works best if it is not just "Fourth Wing in 60 seconds" but a very clear joke or promise about the book. For Shorts, I would pick one lane: explain the plot badly, explain why people are obsessed, or do a fast "should you read it?" version. Trying to summarize everything in 60 seconds can get flat. The comment hook matters here too. Romantasy fans will react more if the take has a little personality, like "I finally understand why everyone keeps recommending this dragon book."
