I would tighten three things: 1. the exact title promise 2. the first 10 seconds 3. the reason this video belongs on this channel That should also make the edit easier, because you will know what to keep and what to cut. Is this video about telling your audience why your original video was removed? I would probably focus more on the next video just releasing more world cup content instead of an explanation because that is what your subscribers are wanting to see
