Video Title

The Top 10 Liverpool Transfer Regrets

Category

Sports

Hook

Produce a reel of all the players that Liverpool fans will cringe at looking at for maximum impact i.e Diouf, Diao, Cheyrou, Keita, Benteke, Melo

High Level Video Summary

I will go through all of the players in reverse order starting from 10 and list out when they signed for Liverpool, why Liverpool bought them and why they ultimately failed.

Detailed Video Script

After the Hook, we will go straight into the the 10th placed signing failure.
Details include the player before they joined Liverpool, what made us interested in signing them, how much the player cost and from which club.
Their first game at Liverpool and then memorable moments in their Liverpool career - good and bad but mainly bad!
How much we sold them for and then finally my personal favourite memory of them and a summary of their (lack) of contribution.

I will iterate through the list until first place, but do an honourable mentions section too.

Starting with the Houllier-era flops like Diouf and Diao is a pro move for our generation. Those of us in our early 30s still have the '2002 World Cup' scars. To keep the younger Gen Z fans engaged, make sure you bridge that gap by highlighting the financial 'what-ifs' of the Naby Keita deal. Contrasting the 'cheap' failures of the early 2000s with the £50m+ heartbreaks of the modern era gives the video a lot more weight.

I agree with Void's point; among your honourable mentions, perhaps it would be good to include players who span multigenerations.
